In the low season a free cancellation is possible until 7 days before arrival. Afterwards 90% cancellation fee will be charged.

In the high season (December, January, February, March and partly in summer) the following shall apply:

• Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival
• 30-14 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee of the total amount
• 14-7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee of the total amount
• 7-1 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee of the total amount
• Last day or no-show 100% cancellation fee of the total amount
